2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made via our Shopify online store and form the basis of the contract between you (“Customer”) and us (“Seller”).
3. Products and Availability
All product descriptions and images in the store are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. Availability may vary depending on stock levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4. Prices & VAT
All prices shown in the store include VAT according to applicable EU and German regulations, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout before you place your order.
5. Order Process & Contract Formation
By placing an order in our online store, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your cart. The purchase contract is only concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to decline orders in justified cases, for example in the event of unusual order quantities, suspected fraud, or obvious errors in pricing due to technical issues.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include, for example:
- Credit and debit cards (via Shopify Payments)
- PayPal
- Other methods as shown at checkout
Payment is processed immediately upon placing the order. Your financial data is handled exclusively by the external payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are shown on the product page or during checkout. Standard parcels are shipped with regular parcel carriers.
Heavy or oversized items (such as racks, benches, platforms or large plate sets) may be shipped via freight forwarding. In such cases, the carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment, and a signature on delivery may be required.
We deliver within the European Union and to selected other European countries. Shipping costs depend on weight, size, destination and shipping method chosen.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment of all amounts due under the purchase contract has been received.
9. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. Details are set out in our separate Withdrawal Policy
