Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (e.g. email) that you wish to cancel the contract.

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding return shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund itself.

4. Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For heavy or oversized equipment shipped via freight forwarding (e.g., racks, calibrated plates, platforms), return shipping may involve higher freight costs.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

5. Deductions for Loss of Value
You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if such loss results from handling that is not necessary to inspect the condition, quality, or functioning of the goods.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalized items
• goods that have been used beyond necessary inspection
• goods damaged after delivery
• heavy equipment that has already been installed or assembled
