Phenomenal rack, although the handlebar that lifts the pins up came short.
Rack is great, well built. Shipping communication is poor at best. Rack showed up within one week, no advanced notice. Then two weeks later received e-mail letting me know rack was just shipped! Was hoping they were sending a second one...no luck. Anyway, using in commercial powerlifting gym, combo rack takes anything you can throw at it, will get another one soon.
I’ve lifted and competed on several combo racks of different brands, like TSS, that cost 3-4x as much as this one, and it keeps up extremely well. I’d have no issue choosing this rack in a room of several more expensive options. The bench is sturdy, and comfortable. Shipping was fast, and packing was solid to keep it in good condition. I do all my squatting and bench work out of this, even though I have a fat pad bench and 4 post squat rack. The only thing I’d change is that I wish I could have gotten the new handled bolts for the bench from the new ultimate combo rack they offer, but that’s a minor thing for convenience.
This is a very solid rack, the gym has already stress tested it with a few 800lb squats and it is solid! Set up was pretty standard and straight forward. I love how it comes with a metal plate in the front to screw into a platform. The rollers a smooth, bench is very grippy (may be the best bench I’ve used), and overall is a very good product for the price.
Small complaints I have about the rack:
The wood insert wasn’t quite lined up so I had to hit it with a hammer to get the holes aligned, this may have just been because of shipping. Screwing the bench into place is the most annoying part as the bolt is pretty long but it’s not picking at this point.
Shipping was fast I ordered this rack on may 30th and received the rack on June 12th.
I bought the combo rack for a great price. You can not beat the quality for the price. Shipping did take a while. But overall I am happy with my purchase.
