1. Shipping Regions
We ship within the European Union and to selected European countries. Availability of shipping options may vary by destination.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, weight and size of the order, and the selected shipping method. All shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Note: Our shipping prices and options may be updated as we continue to optimize our logistics and carrier agreements.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard parcel shipments: typically 3–5 business days within the EU
- Heavy or oversized items (e.g. racks, benches, calibrated plates): shipped via freight forwarding
- Freight deliveries usually require 7–14 business days and may require an appointment with the carrier
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on carrier capacity, customs clearance (if applicable), or seasonal demand.
4. Freight Deliveries (Heavy Equipment)
Products such as combo racks, platforms, heavy steel equipment or large plate sets are shipped via freight forwarding. Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery time. A signature upon delivery may be required.
5. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit and debit cards (via Shopify Payments)
- PayPal
- Other payment methods as displayed at checkout
Payment is processed immediately upon placing the order. Your financial information is handled exclusively by the external payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
6. Shipping Damage or Issues
Please inspect all parcels or freight shipments upon delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, report this directly to the carrier and document the damage with photos. Contact us immediately so we can assist you with the claims process.
7. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
